What if you open other type of image file, like. If i click right click on JPG image,is shows some apps but there is no option to choose Windows Photo viewer, Right click the JPG type image, select Open with, click on 'Choose another app', select the app you want to use. still it remains same.Not able to open photos
Settings -> System ->Default apps-> Photo viewer, choose one app you want to use. I have tried your method which is given below.But still it remains same.
